Audio & Video Files

Every file you upload will ultimately become a searchable PDF so it can be used by our system to help you find responsive files. Since audio and video files cannot be converted directly to a document, there is nothing for BriefPoint to work with for audio or video files even if the upload itself succeeds.

Exception: Client Uploads

Clients can upload audio and video files through BriefPoint's Client Bridge in response to specific RFP items. This keeps all client communication in one place.

Once a client uploads audio or video, you will need to download it, convert it to a PDF, and then re-upload that PDF to associate it with RFP items.
