Client Collection
Briefpoint collects client files and responses through Client Bridge — a secure link that works on any device, in English or Spanish. And what comes back doesn’t sit in an inbox: Briefpoint converts it to PDF, Bates-stamps it, and cites it in the responses you serve.

The problem
Every discovery response starts with facts and files only the client has — and email is where both go to stall.
Attachments in one thread, a shared-drive link in another, photos by text. Files arrive scattered, duplicated, and unmoored from the requests they answer — and someone has to clean it all up.
Clients don’t answer questions they don’t understand — they call, or worse, they wait. Briefpoint rewrites each interrogatory in plain language, in English or Spanish, before it ever reaches them.
A phone photo of an insurance card isn’t serve-ready. Briefpoint converts what clients upload to PDF, Bates-stamps it, and folds it into the production package — no manual assembly.
How it works
No client logins to provision, no setup — Briefpoint sends a link, and the rest happens in the workflow you already use.
Pick the interrogatories and document requests you need answered. Briefpoint rewrites each one in plain language — English or Spanish — and sends your client a single secure link.
Phone, tablet, or desktop — clients type answers and upload files in whatever format they have. Briefpoint accepts 310+ file types and keeps every upload tied to the request it answers, so nothing arrives orphaned.
Every upload is converted to PDF, Bates-stamped, and added to the production package. Originals stay preserved in the case production, downloadable any time.

Client answers flow into your draft responses for attorney review, and when Briefpoint writes RFP responses, it cites the uploaded documents’ Bates ranges — the response and the production always agree.
Subject to and without waiving said objections, responding party will produce responsive documents in its possession, custody, or control. See BP000214–000219.
